does anyone know if you need a 'fit to fly' note from the doctor if you're just flying within the UK? i'll be about 33 weeks pg when i want to do the journey.

Probably as it's whether you're fit to fly, not whether you're fit to travel abroad that is in question.

It really depends on your airline - you'll need to check their policies.

I flew to Cyprus last week, flew with jet2 was 31 weeks pregnant and they asked for a letter from MW to say I was ok to fly there and back a week later. Was told at 32 weeks they are meant to ask for one as this is the recommended time to fly up to. Not sure if will be different with domestic flight but I'd say worth checking with the airline. Hope your going somewhere nice :)

A friend of mine was once turned away from a domestic flight because she didn't have a note, think it was easyjet, so I'd say get one just to be on the safe side.
