Mega sore boob, 18wks preg, still feeding DD1..just normal?

Can't remember a thing about what happened to my boobs last pregnancy. They have been less tender this time round, but now at 18wks one of them has got pretty sore. I'm still feeding DD1 at night and in morning. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what could be the cause (probably hormones but just want to check). Ta.

I'd try posting on the breastfeeding forum - from posts I've read there, it seems to be pretty common.
