DP and I have booked a week in The Canaries before baby comes for some quality couple time before the the madness starts Grin I will be flying at 30 weeks. Anyone else flown at that stage? Anything I should be conscious of? Any thing I should be on the look out for problem wise? Have to get a fit to fly note at my ante natal appt Tues but is there anything else I need or should should do etc?

Check with your airline for the exact document you will need for your trip and their regulations. Some require a letter from a Doctor ie a letter from your midwife may not be accepted. Also it often has to be written within 7 days of travel so you may need to see a Dr while you are away so you can get another letter to fly back.

Have a great trip

If your pregnancy has been all ok, you will be fine!
Just as Ellie says check for the exact document you need as when I flew at 32 weeks I needed a separate letter to fly back (!) oh and make sure you use your big bump to get the extra legroom seats if you can - if you call up in advance and explain that you are pregnant, most airlines are really accomodating! (cheeky I know but well worth it for comfort!)
Have a fab trip! :)
