I found Full Marks to be horrible tbh, it made dd's hair really lank for about a week afterwards. I swear by the Nitty Gritty comb, all you need is conditioner and the comb

Oh really. Ive got it now so gonna give it a go, then condition it.

Agree, that full marks stuff is beyond nasty. But then my nitty gritty comb has gone all rusty Hmm so i can't use that now either.

I had head lice when I was pg with DS and was told not to use any sort of treatment. I had them for months and that was with using the nitty gritty comb and conditioner method too.

I was 30 weeks pregnant when DD came home with a headful of itchy visitors...

Pharmacist recommended Hedrin as it is OK to use when pregnant and breastfeeding. We all needed to be treated IYSWIM!

But, I'd definitely double-check with the pharmacist before buying anything.

Ive used tea tree conditioner on myself and combed through and on DD ive used Full Marks which has left her hair looking like a fried egg! No sign of the little creatures tho fingers crossed...
