Arinica Tablets - how much and from when

Could someone pls recommmend how many to take and from when (am 35 wks now)

Presumably you are planning to take them to help speed the recovery from giving birth? if so, then it's probably best to wait until after you have given birth to start taking them. Suggest you follow the dosage instructions on the bottle.

Think I started taking them whilst in labour & then afterwards. But can't remember how many or how often Sorry, that wasn't particularly helpful was it?!

it doesn't make any difference, you are talking about homeopathic arnica which is basically sugar pills which work due to the placebo effect.
still maybe you need to follow the instructions on the bottle for the placebo effect to really work effectively
