Arinica Tablets - how much and from when

Could someone pls recommmend how many to take and from when (am 35 wks now)

I took one every three hours during labour and then twice a day for another two weeks.

What strength are they?

I assume you mean a homeopathic Arnica preparation? This doesn't actually contain any Arnica. If you want to try homeopathy, just take whatever the bottle says or whatever you feel like taking. You can't overdose on homeopathic pillules as they are just sugar!

30c the few days after labour is good, or even 200c which you can only buy on the internet or from a homeopath.

Sorry this might sound silly but why would you take them? The only thing I know about arnica is that you can use the cream to help with bruises.

To reduce swelling during labour, helping baby's passage throught the birth canal. To reduce swelling and bruising after labour/ c-section and speed recovery.
