W14 or W4 pregnancy yoga

anyone know of any classes in Chiswick, Hammersmith, Olympia, Fulham or West Kensington?????

I loved it last time - but I really don't want to schlep up to the Life Centre in Notting Hill on a Saturday morning.

you'd think west london would be groaning with preggy yoga classes but they seem to be everywhere but!

Thanks Kew - I used to go to Amanda's classes years ago, but her new studio is a bit of a paff to get to on public transport. will check it out again though.

Amanda's is a schlep to get to but have to say the class was good. Only reason I stopped going was due difficulty getting there. Good luck.

she has no timetable though - looks like private classes only now?

I went in 2008 and it was definitely class based. Call and find out. It would be a shame if it was only private classes.
