Morn sickness - can it come back ??

I'm 22+4. I'm feeling extremely sick, and tbh dreadful. I had morning sickness and bad nausea until around 14 weeks but it faded. Can it come back or am I coming down with a bug? I don't have a temperature. Baby is moving fine. Help!

Yes, it can come back.

Definitely. Mine did a couple of times, one was around 20 wks. I put it down to a growth spurt.

Thanks. My bump does feel bigger so prob a growth spurt.
