I'm 35+2 and over the last week have developed this kind of hot burning pain. It appears to be in groin/top of leg (where thigh meets bum) but when I look at where my pelvis is doesn't appear to be there but could be I guess. It comes and goes but is coming for longer periods as days go on. It isn't excrutiating but feels odd, not like a pulled muscle as such but more that then anythig else. It is also only on the left. Any ideas? I'll ask MW on weds anyway but wondered if it was somethign obviousl or just "one of those" things. Thanks
