Vomiting bile?

I am 29 weeks today. I have had itchy hands and feet for a while, had bloods taken last week, for a liver function test and bile acid test. I'll get the results to that tomorrow (was meant to be thursday, but there was a backlog in the lab apparently). However, this morning when I woke, I was sick 3 times, and each time it was (TMI)bright yellow bile. Should I be extra concerned about puking bile when there is a question mark over my liver function, or should I just wait till the blood results come in tomorrow?

Out of hours service in our town is crap, and other than the 3x vomiting bile, I feel ok.

It's not actually physically possible to vomit bile.
The bile is excreted into the intestines below the stomach and never actually enters the stomach. When you vomit the contents of the stomach come out, so there is never bile in this.
Also, bile is a dark green/brown colour, not yellow.
It sounds more like you were vomitting the mucus from the lining of your stomach.
This can't have been pleasant.
I hope you're feeling a bit better now.

I've phoned my crappy Out-of-hours doctors, they are going to phone me back within the hour.
