...crap, and i am having a good cry about it.

32 weeks, and i cannot remember the last time i had a decent sleep. i am wide awake all the time. managed to drift off on the sofa at about 3.45 am and woke again at 5am.

i have been coughing so much i have a constant ache in my side.

braxton hicks that take my breath away.

trapped wind, and it stinks when i burp. like rotting eggs Blush

heartburn soooo bad i am not able to lie down. had to snooze sitting up.

a baby that seems to think she can escape out of my side, just by kicking her way out.

luckily i have had a night off from the all over itching, but obviously that will be back tomorrow with avengance.

and a stupidly bad back ache.

will be seeing the mw tomorrow as i really don't feel like i can cope much longer.

just needed to have a rant, feeling a bit better for it already!

Is the itching down to PUPP??

I had this and it was hell.

You poor thing Sad

Tissues and sympathy.

Relate to a lot of what you've got bar the itching.

Being pregnant can be crap sometimes

pinkyp · 31/10/2010 07:48

i feel ur pain, i'm 36 weeks with ds2, finally fell asleep at 1am, woke up every hour for a wee, ds1 woke at 4am, got up at 5am as i was fed up of listening to dh snoring /ds1 asking for cbeebies :(

kreecherlivesupstairs · 31/10/2010 07:49

You can have my sympathy too if it helps. My only pregnancy was torture from the beginiing. I loathed being pregnant and was begging the obstetrician to get our DD out from about 28 weeks of pregnancy.
I can totally relate to the kicking her way out feeling too.
Hang on for just another couple of months and it will all be worth it.

Sounds like you need a bit of pampering - have you considered seeing a reflexologist??? Great for the feel-good factor and when the time comes they can help move things along a bit.
Alternatively, treat yourself to a pregnancy massage - see if you can find a nice Spa-type place with a relaxation room so you can have a nice snooze afterwards.

A good cry and a rant is also very therapeutic Smile

thanks all. sorry i haven't replied earlier, no t'internet since 7am, not good for my bad mood.

i will take a look at some sort of massage for this week i think.

i need to de-stress.

no idea what the itching is about, will ask mw tomorrow to do bloods as there is a history of oc in the family.

and to top it all off i've got a lovely cough. poor baby is being bounced all over the place, no wonder she is trying to get out!

Definitely get tested for OC - they need to check your bile acid levels as well as Liver Function Tests.

I've been told to take Piriton with my OC - it doesn't help the itching but helps me to sleep despite it!

mumatron · 01/11/2010 20:55

thanks japh i have just got back from the dau and they have taken the bloods. will be phoning them after 4pm tomorrow.

japh if your still around, do you mind me asking what your levels were first time you were tested?

my ba level was only 8.1. she said under 14 was good.
