My symptoms disappeared totally at about 7 weeks and I convinced myself (via pregnancy books, google and MN) that it was a missed miscarriage. I am now 29 weeks pg (although I did end up going to the EPU as both previous pregnancies had been so different, I was 100% convinced of the MMC.

Cramps are very normal at your stage of pregnancy as your uterus is stretching and growing. Also unless you have any bleeding they should be considered quite normal, but it's always worrying. Was your 10+4 scan your '12 week' scan? Or would you have to wait another 7 weeks for the 20-week scan? If you're really worried you could speak to your GP to refer you to an EPU (our EPU wouldn't take me without a GP reference as there was no bleeding).

Good luck x

Yes it was my 12 week scan - i thought i was 13 weeks but got put back to 10+4 - which worried me too as i was thinking 'is the baby not growing?!'

I think I'm going to hold out, I'm really tired and had a bad cold so maybe I'm just 'feeling everything' more?

No blood, I checked earlier.

I was planning on a private 16 week scan so its not too long of a wait to see baba again.

Thanks for the reassurance, I really appreciate it.

Probably doesn't help that you're under the weather, and the tiredness in the first trimester is overwhelming. Sleep as often as you can, even if only for a half-hour kip.
