Nausea at nightime - 38 weeks

Hi there, I am 38 weeks today and the last few nights I have suffered from terrible nausea when I got to sleep. Is it just because my stomach is squashed? Any solutions? I am not eating big meals for dinner but I just feel so sick in the middle of the night. That combined with terrible stomach pains (sort of like wind!), is making my evenings very uncomfortable.

Is this all normal? Anyone have suggestions to ease the nausea?

Thanks!
