anyone else craving smells?

I know I'm a bit nuts and every single time I'm pg it gets the better of me.

I have to have in my bathroom and access to these smells

Coal tar soap
Old fashioned lavendar soap
Palmolive soap
Vosene shampoo

I wash my hands lots so that I can sniff them at regular intervals

Please can someone confirm that I am not the only nutter that does this, (doesn't have to be same smells as me btw)

My ds has a box of wooden animal dominoes that I just LOVE sniffing!

Can't stand anything chemically though, including soap. Have had to buy posh unperfumed things.

And I can't seem to discover, or get rid of the wee smell at the top of the stairs. Driving me mad!

DP spilt some white spirit and the garage stunk for days. It was probably highly dangerous in my condition but I couldn't get enough of the pong!

I love the smell of ambi pure liquid air freshener and stood in my local supermarket for a good 5mins having a sniff - darent buy it coz i'd be sniffing it all day.I have some leather sofa wipes that smell gorgeous too so i've been having a very clean sofa recently lol.

I like to smell beer. Not drink it, just smell. Mmmmmm

I love the smell of the magic tree hanging in our car and just grab it and hold it under my nose everytime my hubby drives me anywhere!

I love the smell of bath sponge when it's wet!

When I was pregnant with DS, I LOVED the smell of chlorine. After aquanatel I used to smell my costume at home.

Giddyup I have the same, smelt white spirit yesterday and have been thinking about it all day!

I seem to like the smell of certain soaps (my mum has those new auatomatic dispenser thingies and has a lush smelling soap in it) and can't help but sniff my hands after I've washed them.

And I'm quite partial to the smell of radiators when they're warming up. But I haven't found anything I have to rush off and smell yet.

I loved dry, musty, underground smells when pregnant with DD1. There were a few underground stations in Berlin that had been closed off for 40 years because of the Wall and in the 90s they still had an 'abandoned' smell to them. It was heaven. If I was ever in the area I went there and sat down for 15 minutes to inhale deeply.

It was petrol stations with DD2...

Louby it's delightful isn't it?! I have a theory that my body has been a temple for so long now that it is just desperate for some toxins!

I adored the smell of sainsburys antibacterial washing up liquid when pregnant with dd1. Probably discontinued now as that was 8 yrs ago, but I used to take a good old sniff everytime I did the washing up. Lovely!
