I just wondered if this is common? My 1st pregnancy i didn't realise for 2 months as my period is irregular but this time I knew for sure 4 or even 5 days before my period due as my boobs so sore and I just felt so pregnant. Apart from the fact I'm more aware of what pregnancy feels like could there be a reason my symptoms stronger?

Twins? Grin]

TBH, have no idea, every pregnancy is different, your body is more geared up second time round though.

Last time I was pregnant with twins, got symptoms around 6-7 weeks.

This time I knew I was pregnant 4 days after conception! Sick, sore boobs etc.

Dh knew I was pg with our 2nd dc before I did! I was nauseated and tired, with over-sensitive boobs, from about 3.5w . I just thought I was car-sick and fluey.

I have been pg 5 times: boy, girl, 2 very early mcs, and another boy. The boy pregnancies were very similar, but the girl pgcy was different. I am convinced that one of the mcs was a girl, because in that pgcy, too, I was nauseated, tired, and over-sensitive boobed from well before I could actually test.
