My wife and I are hosting a Safe and Sound Lifesaver course at our home on Saturday 23 Oct at 1pm in Hammersmith. This is a 3 hour group course with a professional trainer and lots of hands on work.
A couple of our friends had to drop out so we have 4 slots still available.
