That's it, really! I have some really sore spots on my bump, which incidentally is HUGE and strangers in the street are practicallt directing me to the local MLU because they think I'm about to pop. The main sore area is just above my navel but I've now got sore areas round the bottom of my navel too. The skin is really stretched, so might that be a reason? It does definitely feel like it's a sore place on the surface, not inside my bump, IYSWIM?

My lovely MW had a grope of my tummy the other day because she said sometimes this can indicate a head Shock pressed against the top of the bump. After using her Pinard, the Doppler and having a good old feel, she admitted she couldn't swear which way up the baby was. (must stop lolling on the sofa all afternoon and sit on my bouncy ball instead.) But it has ages to turn if it's breech, right? Am 30 weeks on sunday.

I had PUPP and was also massive if that's what you you have I sympathise... do they itch?

Not really itchy, more a stretched feeling. But I'm pretty sure it isn't PUPPP (had to look it up). No lesions or spots, just soreness. Sorry you had to go through that, sounds horrible.

I had things like this but didn't descend into full blown PUPPs. I had read that dandelion root helps. My friends' sister had PUPPs and was prescribed a cream from Germany as only thing that worked.
I drank loads of water and exfoliated and moisturised my bump - it gave me a lot of relief (I had a massive bump-DS was 9lb 4)
