I had my 1st baby at Kingston 4 years ago, was an emergency c-section.On the whole would say it was ok, but guess which type of m/w see you depends on luck. Some were really lovely while others seemed moody and not bothered. Some pple adv West Mid is better now than Kingston....any recent experiences of Kingston or west Mid anyone?

had 2 dc's at West midd and great care each time, even postnatall. :)

also if it's of any interest to you, it's the only place I know of in the vincinity that offered a fully mobile epidural, ie I was able to go to loo, move about freely and birth kneeling without being supported by others.
