Poor you, it is so miserable. I found th eonly way i could cope was to eat a small something every hour, even just a cracker or half a cereal bar. I think it gives your stomach something to take its crossness out on!

fizzy water might be good too, sprite is basically this with sugar added

Can you see your GP for medication?

I was admitted to hospital at 9 weeks after feeling like you are now from around 6 weeks. I didnt want to moan or whinge, was just grateful to be pg. But at 9 weeks i fell into his office in sobs saying "im so hungry" spent a week on a drip and cam home with cyclizine :) It does work for m to the extent I am only normally sick in the mornings now, but i am 23 weeks and putting that down to th horrid acid reflux ive been getting too.

Fingers crossed it eases for you soon x

I'd speak to your GP if I were you. I couldn't keep water down once (I was on bloomin' ice cubes) and NHS told me I must see my doctor, they had a point I was losing weight and didn't have any weight to lose.

I ended up with Avomine tablets. IIRC they are prescribed for travel sickness but can help with 'morning' sickness, the main drawback is that they are pretty much sleeing tablets too, so not ideal for daytime use. I took one in the evening, got my evening meal in me then slept, had a bit of breakfast (while there was still a bit of medicine in my system) then didn't really eat all day. They saw me through a rough couple of weeks.

Hope you get it sorted and feel better soon.
