16 weeks, had a wobbly turn at work yesterday, should I be worried or is it par for the course?

I am tired and cold-y and sore throat-y and during a lesson yesterday I stood up and felt all wobbly and spent the rest of the lesson sitting down and then went home and went to bed. Lovely friends are looking after DS now and DH working from home to be around later.

Just feel drained and tired. Do I need to do anything but rest?

Sounds like fairly normal early pregnancy effects! With a cold and feeling tired you probably feel worse than usual. You may have had low blood sugar, hence the 'wobbly' feeling- I get that sometimes-good excuse to have some chocolate ;-) I also had a few dizzy spells, weirdly whilst I was sitting down, but think these are quite common and they pass.

perhaps talk to your midwife if it gets worse, and in the meantime I'd rest up and take it easy.
