urine sample for scan appt???

Hi ladies,I have my 12 weeks scan appt tomorrow morning and im not sure if i need to take a urine sample with me?

Can anyone advise me please Smile

I didn't with any of mine, you just need a full bladder to get a good picture :)

I did for all of mine. Well, I should have, I ended up doing it there instead because I always forgot.

No as you will not be having an antenatal appt as such just a scan. Unless they have said otherwise.

Every time I've been for a scan (and have had loads this pg because of stupid low placenta), I've had an ante-natal appointment afterwards as well. It's probably worth taking a urine sample, simply because it's so much more difficult to get one done in a public loo (especially knowing that there are usually several pregnant women waiting outside, desperate for a wee!).
