27 weeks- general back ache... tips?

Hi

Im 27 weeks and have started to feel constant dull pain all the way up my back, not specifically lower back.

Am doing pregnancy yoga and have tried stretching with the gym ball as taught but it still feels achey.

Any tips, would be appreciated.

have you tried 'cat stretches' and 'supermen' exercises?
you should be able to find them on the internet. in addition, exercises that build up your core strength will help - i guess the pregnancy yoga covers that though.

I find that sleeping on my side with a pillow lengthways against my back helps.
