Hi, I could just do with a little reassurance... I'm 23 weeks after 2 previous first trimester miscarriages. Everything going well, despite the vulval varicose veins(sorry TMI) which are pretty uncomfortable after a couple of hours on my feet.

Yesterday however, after a day out with my other two children, I noticed the tiniest amount of pink loss. I mean a tiny amount, nothing using tissue ( during ridiculously regular toilet checks!)or overnight.

Today I have rested all day, and only noticed one tiny spot through day, nothing else. Loads of baby movements, so somewhat reassured. But after previous experience admit a bit neurotic.

Thought I'd call MW tomorrow anyway, but wandered if anyone else experienced similar at this stage of pregnancy? Is it not unusual or should I be rushing to hospital right now?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I had this at about 30 weeks.... Turned out to be thrush and pretty common. Sounds exactly like yours... Just a tiny amount of pink cm. Sounds normal to me but always best to get checked out just to reassure you... And get a prescription if it is thrush!

Thanks Excitedmummy, just had confirmation from mw, just as you said.

Really appreciate the advice, I hadn't thought about it as a cause but of course obvious now, saved me a second night of fretting.

Glad it's all sorted and your mind put at rest. Worried the life out of me when I had it so totally understand how you were feeling. Enjoy the rest of your PG.
