i have 2 DC so i am not new to pregnancy.

in September i thought i was going to be apart from DH for a month. i had my period just as we were parting ( on the pill so my 7 day break) i started back on my new packet as normal then 2 weeks in missed a few pills and my period came again. As not with DH i just treated it as other 7 day break. Glady came back home early from being away just as (fake) period ended and we made up for lost time Wink

Thought nothing of it until i came out in crazy spots all over my face when i never seem to get spots any more. Then i noticed the water from the mains smelt more bleachy and (sorry) increased discharge.

Still was taking my pill but finished packet on Thursday so if i am not pregnant then will start my period today.

So place your bets... what do you think it will be?

I'm gonna say yes you are.

unless I've misread that... you were last with you DH early Sept and then you took your pill as normal for 2 weeks after he'd gone? I'd say not, just messing up pills like that messes with your hormones big time. Its the reason I came off the pill.

discobeaver · 17/10/2010 10:37

No he came back and they did it after the two weeks and some missed ones, that's how I read it?

1Catherine1 · 17/10/2010 10:44

ohh.... in which case.. maybe you are pregnant.

MickyLee · 17/10/2010 11:55

Well still no period or any sort of cramps.

You could well be...did you follow the 7-day rule and use condoms etc for a week after the last missed pill? If not there's a good chance I reckon. How many days has it been since then, is it too soon to test?

The GP told me it's 'safe' to miss up to 2 in a row.

ICantGetMuchSleep · 17/10/2010 20:10

It's not safe to miss any is it? You have to follow the 7 day rule if your late, with my old one you had 12 hours.

I am betting yes!

MickyLee · 18/10/2010 07:50

BooHoo i came on in the night.

Thanks for betting yes though.
