33 weeks today

have been feeling light headed, dizzy, occasionally sick (that comes in waves) with extreme tiredness, that goes and comes - this is DC2 so know to expect the tiredness, but this isnt like that, I feel like Im going to pass out / through up and my limbs are heavy.

Normal?

Felt like this for about 4 days now :(

Think you should contact your antenatal clinic..it may normal but then you may need checking out...better to be safe than sorry i think. Hope everything is ok Smile

sam26oscar · 13/10/2010 22:33

would check it out with midwife, could be low blood pressure?? hope it all ok x

Greenwing · 13/10/2010 22:40

Never hesitate to check with your midwife just in case. Better safe than sorry.
I had low blood pressure but that only made me dizzy and faint when I stood up too quickly or stayed standing for too long, no other ill effects. Take care x

ah, my BP is always about 100/50 so it could be that!

I am so incredible thirsty too

Definitely see your midwife. Extreme thirst and tiredness could be symptoms of gestational diabetes so you should get it checked out.

Think you need a check- it could also be your iron levels.
