Shivering uncontrollably at night? Normal or a Concern?

Hi girls,
I am 32 weeks pregnant and most of the times I am hot. Twice recently I have gone to bed feeling very hot but in the middle of night wake up shivering and trembling without the control to stop but don?t feel cold. First time it took me around an hour to stop and last night for around 20 mins I was shivering until DH shook me and asked me to take deep breaths... We have a big duvet on bed and I was both times covered so I don?t think I was cold. First time, I measured my body temp and blood pressure and both were slighly low but that is normal for me. Is this emotional or something physical? Shall I be concerned? There is not much out there when googling and was wondering if anyone gets the same and if there are any good advices out there.
Thanks in advance...

not heard or experienced this at all - hopefully someone will answer soon, or I would say ring midwife for advice.

I had exactly those symptoms last night, I'm 13+2. I was convinced that I was freezing, so I moved closer to DH, only to find that my skin was actually a little bit warmer than his. It almost felt like what I would imagine a cold flush would feel like, if that makes any sense. I kept shaking, but I just tried to relax and breathe through it and fell back to sleep quite quickly. I have not checked my BP, but it tends to be slightly low like yours.

I'm seeing a mw on Thursday and I might mention it to her.
