Sorry TMI- swollen bits question

Went to do some perineal massage tonight and it felt a bit wierd so I had a look and my vagina/ vulva/ labia are all swollen. I'm due tomorrow (tues), anyone had this? Is this a sign of impending labour or some kind of lurgy?

Isn't that normal? It's normal afterwards but I always thought it was just one of those things.

My lady bits are huge! It's to do with increased blood flow but it's disgusting! I'm hoping it goes back to a normal size after I've given birth! My DH was positively shocked when it happened!

Well this didn't happen last time so it's new to me! I could understand it afterwards but this is just odd...
Glad it's not just me though.

This has happened to me and I'm only 37 weeks, huge down there this time (I don't think I actually had the courage to look last time) and everything has gone a really deep red. Urgh. The things we do.

I have not been able to see down there for weeks so I have no idea what it looks like I have mastered the bikini line thing without being able to see, and its been even longer since the other half got near that part of my body so I dont think either of us would have noticed if i had not read this and made it my mission to check and yur right everything is a bit enlarged lol!
