stitch like pain on right hand side

I am 24 weeks and since last Saturday I have been getting what feels like a stitch on my right hand side. It mostly happens when I am moving about but sometimes it is sore when I am sitting still too. It's quite high up, above my belly button. I have in general been quite sore in this pregnancy - lots of lower tummy pain mainly. Should I be worried about this?

I had this too and there was a good and harmless reason for it that I can't remember . Probably best to give your MW a ring just to make sure though.
