Any cures for morning sickness????

Havnt actually been sick just feel constantly bokey...... & totally exhausted!

It's horrible, isn't it? Really time is the best cure - for most of us it doesn't last for ever, even though it feels like it might sometimes! The one thing that worked for me was going away for a few days to visit friends (though I was dreading it beforehand, feeling rough) - having other people doing all the cooking, washing up etc., helped no end, as I'm sure did getting out and about and a bit of fresh air. I think everyone's different and you've got to do whatever helps - rest, eating what you actually want rather than what you think you should be eating, getting help if possible with cooking and washing up... Hope you feel better soon.

I hope so too!!! the first pregnancy sickness lasted till 20 weeks but all worth it in the end! Its just this sick feeling thats ALWAYS there, I think if I could actually be sick id feel better!! LOL

i found sucking on ice the most effective thing. and also make sure your tummy is never empty.

ill give anything a go!!
