Does anybody know anything about a "morning well" tape?

It is supposed to help with morning sickness but I don't think this is the right name for it as I couldn't find it on amazon. Also, does anybody know if it works??????

My morning sickness was dreadful and it didn't help at all, I'm afraid, but was eager to try anything! It sounds like fairly dreadful lift music and supposedly stimulates something or other with sound that helps your balance and therefore the feeling of sickness.

But you never know, it might work for you...
