Measuring 5 weeks ahead, should I be concerned?

Had a mw appointment today, she measured me at 39 weeks when I am 34 weeks, she didn't seem overly concerned, but I said did she feel my bump was quite tight (I felt not a lot of fluid) so she said she would get the consultant to have a word. I have measured 2weeks ahead continuously, so he has arranged a scan for me in 2 weeks time. I didn't think anything of it until someone mentioned
Polyhydramnios and now I am freaking out.

I had to have a detailed scan at about 23 weeks as ds2 has a heart condition and this came out all clear, the consultant did ask me about this. Would this have shown up any of the abnormalities associated with Polyhydramnios? I am having an elective section on 9th Nov and consultant didn't seem overly concerned but did mention to check for too much fluid. After he had gone I asked mw but she said she didn't feel it was excessive for me (q tall) and ds1 8lb 3 and Ds 2 8lb 9oz at 38 weeks.

Do I maybe try and get the scan brought forward, or just try and relax about it?
