Braxton Hicks or vacuum packed baby??

Just wondering if I might have been having some Braxton Hicks...for the last few weeks (I am 29+2weeks) my bump has been going hard and it feels like the baby is being vacuum packed. No cramping or pains etc, or could it just be the baby moving its bum about? Confused
