Nearly 6 weeks, awful cramping, bit worried

Hello,
It is my second and I didnt have this in my first. Have awful cramping most of the time, today is bad already. Worried its something sinister although read about the stretching. Anyone else have this early on?

Dont feel sick like last time and just have sore boobs but thats it. Its the cramp af pains that worry me...

Sounds totally normal. I had it a lot in my last pregnancy (DD is a healthy 3 year old) and was constantly running to the toilet to check for bleeding! Haven't had much cramping this time so I worried because I didn't have it! Hard not to worry isn't it?
