I'm 35+3 and at MW appointment today she said babys was 3/5 engaged. Once babys head is engaged is that them postioned for birth or do they pop in and out of being engaged? Bubs was transverse a few weeks ago so was very worried I might not have a vaginal birth so am so pleased she is now in the right position... Just don't want her to move back to transverse!

they say just to sleep a same way in case the head turns and its goes back to back this can happen while the head is still engaged, still means u have a natural labour but its more difficult, my DD was rite way all the way thru till during labour when she decided to turn back to back guess she wasnt keen on coming out :)
