help - I feel as though my stomach has moved to up below my right rib!!??

Am 23 weeks and have had an odd, uncomfortable feeling below my right rib for the past few days - I have looked it up in the book but it seems to suggest that this isn't common until 3rd trimester - I'm just unsure if I should be worried or not - it is not painful as such, just an odd feeling. What is really odd is that windy "stomachy" noises and gurgles seem to be coming from that area and I feel as if (TMI coming up) it might be relived by burping!!

Anyone esle had anything like this??

It might be the head of your LO. My baby's head started pocking out of my side from time to time at 26 weeks and sometimes pressing on my ribs/lungs and I coulnd't breath. MW said baby is head down so I was wondering what this is... did a private scan and sure enough baby is breech! Having the head up when the babies are bigger feels really uncomfy, specially if the baby is breech, they have toes, hands and head all up so your belly bump moves up... Not sure if your signs are the same but it sounds like mine.... could it be just baby's head?!

I looked at a diagram in a book (its free with pregnancy and birth magazine this month) and this seems to be correct your stomach is pushed up to the right side. I also have this feeling and have had it for many weeks now. I can actually hear it gurgle when i lie back and stretch out a bit. My stomach is also so squashed its harder to eat a big meal and the acid reflux and indigestion is getting worse - I went through a week of throwing up if I bent down after eating which was quite unpleasant! Its facinating really that are bodies can manage to do this!

My LO has only just turned over but before that i used to feel really uncomfortable with her head pushing up on my ribs, lungs and stomach!
