I'm due on Saturday, but haven't had appointment with MW this week, and not due to see her til next wed...

Basically I've been a little ermmm damp(?) for the last couple of mornings... I think it's just extra ermm lubrication... ?? But things I read on here have got me worried, it would be a lot more obvious if it was waters or anything right?
Gut feeling is that it's normal... and baby is wriggling around fine... although due to paranoia I'm now wondering if she's moving a bit less...
Much more uncomfortable the last couple of days too and little stabby pains but I think that might be her engaging? But again how do I know?

I'm being daft right? Sorry!

Hello Dappy
It could be your waters - I have had 2 DC and both times the water just seeped out - no dramatic breaking that you expect. So no it wouldn't necessarily be more obvious if it was your waters.
If you are concerned it could be your waters then you should call the labour ward I guess. It would do no harm to get checked out or even just have a chat about what you are experiencing.
It's easy to get worried by reading stuff so follow your instinct.
I hope this helps and good luck!

Although equally it could be discharge! I have had much more watery discharge in the last month or so - and definitely in the morning just trickles out - sorry if TMI!

Could you put a pad in your underware? That way you could see if its your waters they will be straw colour and sweetish smelling (sorry if tmi)

Oh my goodness I just wandered off and did other things...can't have been that worried..! My mum also said not to worry, and mums always know right?
It's not particularly smelling any different... just normal smell really.. I haven't had any today, it would continue if it was waters wouldn't it?

She moved a lot more once her dad spoke to her too last night (typical!)
I swear if I didn't go on mumsnet etc it wouldn't even occur to me to worry!
