I don't think I am stupid but I am really struggling to understand the rules regarding SMP, I think being pregnant has turned my brain to mush.
I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what date I have to be working to qualify for SMP and what is the earliest date I can start my maternity leave. I am due on 19/02/2011.
