Do I need worry - BP at 26 weeks

Hi

I have been to doc because I have been feeling under the weather ( i suspect low iron). However, they have always said I have low blood pressure and this is why I feel weak. She took my blood pressure and it has shot up to 130/70. I know 130/70 is not majorly high, but being as my usual non pregnant is 110/60 and pregnant is 90/55 this seems like quite a jump. Do I need to worry, or does anyone know what this could mean.

Thanks

Not sure what it means, but my BP was taken as 100/40 today. The midwife said it was low but didn't seem concerned about it. I get very dizzy and weak too, especially if I'm hungry.

yes, you see that was what I was like, but mine has suddenly raised. Worried about pre eclampsia

Mine has been all over the place, my midwife says it hormonal! I wouldnt worry too much unless your midwife/ doctor refers you to a consultant. Call your midwife if you are too concerned and I am sure she can talk you though it.

Fingers crossed it is nothing to worry about.
