We tried but got transferred by ambulance as there were complications - wish we hadn't done but it was okay. However their ante-natal care is great, so much nicer than going to the RLH or your GP. I think it's a wonderful place when everything goes well and they will transfer you if it doesn't - plus once you get transferred you are an emergency so get special treatment at hospital, no waiting around on wards, straight to delivery room etc.
