I'm 29 weeks today. I've had a good pregnancy - I'm very active, still doing exercise, no problems etc - but in the evening, I cannot get comfortable on a sofa or chair. I'm not in pain, per se, but my back just stiffens and feels crap whatever chair or position I lie in. I'm typing in bed with several pillows behind, but even then, I want to really lie on my side.
I'm fine the rest of the time. No problems at all
Any thoughts on how I can improve this? I'd like to sit up and watch a film with my bloke every once in a while
