Hello! I've looked on here for other woohoo type posts but they seem to be hiding from me, so I've decided to post mine here (feel free to move it if needs be, and apologies if it's not the done thing)!

I've felt a bit funny lately, and can't remember when I was last on but we were fairly sure it was before August bank holiday. Did a test on Wednesday that was negative.
It's our first year wedding anniversary tomorrow so we were going to wait until then to test again but we were too impatient and decided to test again today. And it looks like we are! We are using the Poundland tests "First Vue" but have read that false positive results are rare. Off to the Drs on Monday as thankfully I already have an appointment.
Paul is very emotional, I don't think it's properly hit me yet. It's been a busy year. I had 3 months off in the Spring as I had a bad bout of depression/anxiety but have been feeling better although am still taking tablets.
I did wonder if we'd ever manage to have a baby as I have been uninterested/unable to have sex for most of our relationship - the day we got married we hadn't managed to for about 2 years. The honeymoon didn't get things moving as I hoped it would, but then the realisation that we needed to in order to have a baby started to do the trick, although it was still a problem.
I'm so pleased. Bit worried as haven't been taking the Folic Acid as I planned to, but hopefully all will be fine. Dr on Monday to talk about reducing tablets. When I changed my tablets in the summer I discussed that I wanted to be able to try for a baby, so the Dr is aware it's a possiblity and that I wanted to reduce/come off them as soon as possible.
