Stair Gates

Any top tips on buying stair gates? As with everything else, there seems to be a mind-boggling range out there!

Hi - we had to get the ones that screw in the wall as the gap was too large for the standard push in ones that I wanted.

I'm glad we did get those in the end as ds hangs off them no matter what I tell them and a friend of mine who had the push in ones said her ds managed to push it out of the gap!

We have the roller type (looks like a blind on its side) it's great and doesn't get in the way. But DD has never really been big on swinging on it, not sure how well it would take abuse.
