36 week check went well, baby is on the small side but definitely healthy (confirmed by growth scan)

However, MW mentioned that baby is slightly back to back, not fully and tat it can still be changed. so she said no slouching, propping yourself up with pillows etc. and to lie as flat as possible (plus on left) in bed at night.

any other tips please?

I REALLY do not want a "back to back birth"

It'll be fine Smile, honest.

Don't worry too much about it even though it is a good idea to sit with your knees lower than your hips, spend time on all 4s, etc. I liked watching TV sitting on my Swiss Ball - still like sitting on it.

However, a lot of babies only turn in labour - another reason why it is preferable to go into labour naturally rather than being induced: contractions start slowly and build up, giving baba a chance to turn/rotate. I think it says on the Spinning Babies website 'It's mum's job to dilate, baby's job to rotate', or something along those lines.

And don't worry that you cannot feel the way your baby is lying - I could never tell and I've had 4 Wink.
