OMG...I'm pregnant and I've been doing all the wrong things

I'm shaking. Just did a test as no AF. It's positive. Had mmc in June/July. I tested Sunday BFN. I'm spotting brown when I wipe since yesterday. I've been taking Night Nurse and Day Nurse as I tested neg Sun. Am I now going to lose this one too? And I've taken migrane pills. Maybe 2 in the last few days.

Congratulations - and please try to relax. You know you're pregnant now so stop taking the night nurse/day nurse/migraine tablets and just rely on paracetemol. Hopefully all will be wine. The spotting could be implantation bleed or could be a mc. Either way, worrying about it wont help matters. Just try and look after yourself and not to worry too much.

Don't worry. It's bad for the baby! 4 days before I got my BFP I started my typical PMS symptoms of severe migraines and was very teary. I took co-codamol and ibuprofen and I took the maximum dose allowed. I panicked on the Monday when I found out I was pregnant but the doctor assured me not to worry and to just not do it again.

Again, just to reiterate - do try not to worry.

How many children have been unknowingly conceived under the influence (at least one of mine!)?

I would phone your surgery and speak to a doctor or midwife, who, I am sure, will reassure you hugely. I have had brown spotting each time, and it was implantation (accompanied by some slight cramps).

So, congratulations on your BFP, and the very best of luck.

Oh, and dinkystinky, I agree. Hopefully all will be wine. Wink

If the spotting since yesterday is implantation bleed then there won't have been anyway the drugs you took could have got to the embryo before implantation anyway. Don't worry, and congratulations.
