Boobs leaking at 20 weeks- normal?!

Evening folks,

Last night I woke up to pee to find a reasonable wet patch where one boob had been when I had been lying on my side and it was squished... that woke me up sharpish and after a small squeeze of both boobies I confirmed that it was indeed coming from me, and a small amount of clear/milky fluid came from each, erm, teat!

Thing is, i'm only 20+6 weeks- is this normal? Confused Wasn't expecting it at all, and the wet patch was quite big! Definitely came from boob and not not fanjo or mouth drool (sorry tmi). Just seems quite early...

Can anyone reassure me?

Completely normal - mine started leaking at 14 weeks! Get some breast pads pronto!! xxx

I'd have to say the same, mine started at 17 weeks with my first and 19 with my current pregnancy, I had a great supply of milk once I started feeding though so hopefully its a good sign for you :-)

Mine started leaking at 19 weeks, and then dried up about 34 weeks. Mine were pretty bad, as soon as he started kicking they would leak a lot. When DH read bump a night time story, I started leaking over the back of his head as he was resting it just above my bump. Had to negotiate a better position after that hehe

Yep - colostrum can ooze any time from 20 weeks onwards. I used to wake up with two damp patches on the front of my pyjamas.
