Can antibiotics stop your period?

I was taking antibiotics during my last period and i stopped them about 3 weeks ago i am 3 days late.. i've taken a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back negative my boobs are sore and i'm so tired i gave birth 4 months ago and i use condoms as protection and have been so careful with them. I was just wondering can antibiotics have anything to do with it?

Illness can delay ovulation so it might be that. This would in turn make your period late.

i agree, and of course antibioics can stop the pill working but as you say you are using condoms so should be ok?

Yeah i am using them as i really don't want to get pregnant i'm a worryier though and i don't miss periods like ever! so i don't understand what it could be if my boobs are sore and i'm so tierd :/
