Chiropractic Relief for SPD

Hi,

I just wanted to post (no advertising and I don't have any friends/ family members who are Chiropractors!) about my experience yesterday at the Chiropractors. I have been struggling with SPD only for a week or so but it came on so fast and painful I've been lucky to get three hours sleep straight a night.

I was really desperate as still working full-time so tried a local Chiropractor that a friend recommended yesterday. I was in there for 45 mins and it was expensive (£60!) but OH MY GOD I felt pretty much instant relief and slept like a baby last night. She incorporated massage into the treatment (which was not painless - but that good sort of pain when you feel like something's working!) and it was so soothing.

I'm not sure it would work for all you ladies with SPD, but just wanted to say that if you can afford to give it a try and find a recommended local one who has experience treating SPD it might be worth a try.

Good luck!
