Pain in pelvis?

I am 26+6 weeks pg and have started to have pretty bad pain on my pubic bone (where the hair is ...sorry TMI just didn't know how else to describe it!). Its fine when I'm sitting down, but when I stand up and walk around I feel it straight away and it hurts :( My leg joints are fine so I didn't think it could be SPD as I read that that was a problem with you legs joints in your pelvis.

Has anyone had this or know what it might be? I didn't have this when I was pregnant with my DD (now 22 months).

I found crying on the phone effective at getting appointments. Especially after they kept losing my referrals.

The problems I have with the bad are baby hates it and rams me until I take it off and it pushes my bump up so I don't fit in my car to drive.

OOOOOOOOh was going to post the same sort of a question only with slightly differing symptoms. 22.5 weeks and for the last week it has felt like all my bits have been swollen and tender (although they haven't) and the last 4 days I have had nasty pulling pain (sharp) in my left bum cheek , left thigh/pelvic area and after stairs/extended standing it extends further down back of left leg. I spend a great deal of my time walking like a geriatric gorilla but rest does ease it. Was unsure if this was baby pressure on nerve or something like SDP... any ideas?
