very sore pains :(

i am 14 weeks pregnant and already have a 3 year old wee girl....had no problems or pain in my first pregnancy but this time round i am sore with every little thing this time round....looking a little advise....... it normal to get bad pain lower down when shouting? i am doubled over in pain if i raise my voice

I know what you mean I think, I sometimes get a sharp shooting pain at the very bottom of my tum when I sneeze or get up too quick.

I'm only 9 weeks ish and have already got occasional low back pain....I keep telling my self it's unrelated, but doesn't bode well does it?!

I think it hurts more after the first one, they're all 'new' pains then aren't they and with the subsequent pregnancies your body's re visiting the old aches and streaches.

That's my theory anyway, and the cure?......biscuits.
