Been done before, but books for toddlers about pregnancy?

Can anyone recommend anything? A while ago on here someone mentioned one that shows lifesize pictures of the baby...
Recommendations, please!

Got some of out the library recently.They are picture books. One by India Knight called I have a baby but would rather have a hamster, another called Rory's story not sure of the author and another funny one called Baby on board which goes through the whole 9 months

We've got - It's Quacking Time (a bit of a tenuous link, involves ducks!) and There's a house inside my mummy, which is quite sweet.
